A mother’s love is immeasurable, irreplaceable, and most of all unconditional in any way. She has known you since day one and never gets tired of nurturing you even at the time you feel you are old enough to be on your own. Her support and encouragement never waver no matter what the situation is. Though she may not show or say it all the time, her love is always there.
Sometimes, you wonder how come a mother seems to know everything? How can she know her way around this world so much? There is a saying that God couldn’t be anywhere, so He created mothers. God’s unconditional love is manifested through a mother’s love. She is the only woman who knows her kids by heart.
A mother’s love knows no bounds. She thinks of her children’s well-being first before anything else. Some people may not understand how a mother’s love works unless they become mothers themselves.
They say that “Life doesn’t come with a manual, it comes with a mother.” A mother is not perfect, but behind her imperfection is a heart that loves unconditionally. Being a mother, especially raising children, comes with its frustrations. Sometimes, a mother feels so overwhelmed with everything that’s happening.
There is no guidebook to show her nor tell her that everything is going to be fine, and so, she relies on her maternal instinct and wisdom (mothers know best). She has lived her life, made mistakes, but learned lessons along the way.
A mother’s love and courage never cease. Through thick and thin, she is right there. She would even go the extra mile, despite uncertainties because of her love for her children. A mother’s love goes a long way and leaves an eternal legacy.
This is a tribute to my late mom and to all mothers everywhere. I don’t know how can I ever thank you, Mama, for everything. These words are not enough to show how we love and appreciate you. You are loved and missed always! Happy Mother’s Day! Until we meet again…
“She is clothed with strength and dignity, and she laughs without fear of the future. When she speaks, her words are wise, and she gives instructions with kindness.”
